A respected artist and houngan, or local priest, Jean-Louis' craftsmanship
reflects the artistry and expertise of the Bel-Air flag makers. He became know for
the exceptional detail in his work. An influential Bel-Air artist,Jean-Louis mentored
new generations offlagmakers until his death in 2010.
