The Haitian Art Society
The Society was formed in 2003 to strengthen and expand interest in and understanding of Haitian Art and Artists.

Our website provides information about the HAS and our events, and also about other Haitian art events. We provide links to other sites about Haitian art and culture. Please click on the page links on the left to navigate around the HAS website.

In addition to maintaining this web site, the Haitian Art Society organizes Conferences at which members are able to view public and private collections of Haitian art.

Mystical Imagination is presented in collaboration with the Haïtian Art Society, the Permanent Mission of Haiti to the Organization of American States, and the Waterloo Center for the Arts of Iowa.

Opening the HAS National Conference in DC there will be a Garden Party on

Thursday, June 11, 2009, 6:00-11:00pm 

An evening with collectors, scholars, and dignitaries in celebration of the exhibit.
